Up front: For over 20 years as a senior Engineer in my State's Electricity Commission I was responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring policies and practices relating to safe operation and access of the High Voltage assets.
Another 10 years were spent as a Certified ISO 9000 Quality Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor.

Now my contribution:

The following need to be available to All Forum participants.

. Forum Aims

. Forum Rules and Guidelines for participation, moderation and dispute resolution.

. The results of arbitration should first be made known to the individual(s) involved and published if necessary to clear the air.

Moderation:

. To intervene in a process to reduce the necessity for mediation.

. Mediation: A negotiation to resolve differences that is conducted by a suitable independent third party.

. Credibility of and accountability for action. Be aware that the Forum is published in the public domain and accountablity exists beyond the Forum.

. Moderator qualifications: be able to demonstrate clear and rational thinking(say to 101 level) and the ability to effectively use their skill in the moderation role. Respect all individuals involved in the process.
